Shipping & Collection Policy
Most of our items are made to order and personalised, so please allow time for production before dispatch or collection. We aim to have orders ready within 3 working days; we'll be in touch if your order will take longer.
Delivery. We deliver across the UK. Standard delivery is Ā£4.99 / calculated at checkout and typically arrives within 2 working days of your order being ready. You'll receive tracking details where available.
Local collection. Some items ā including our dance school and nursery kits ā are collection only and are not posted. When your order is ready, we'll let you know it's available to collect from 29 Bridge Street, Morpeth, NE61 1PE. Collection details are confirmed after you order.
